Where it is and how to get a car to you
Rafailovići sits between Bečići and Kamenovo; along the water a promenade with restaurants, above it steep lanes with apartments, higher still the Adriatic Highway. One narrow road leads down to the waterfront and it is busy on summer evenings — drivers often suggest meeting at the highway bus stop, a 5-minute walk down.
If your apartment is on the slope, ask the host for the pickup point: some lanes end in stairs and a taxi physically cannot reach them.
To Budva and back
€6–9 per car on the meter, 12–15 minutes through Bečići and the tunnel. The Blue Line bus from the highway stop is €1.50, every 15–30 minutes in summer, to Slovenska plaža and the bus station. On foot along the promenade to Budva Old Town — about 55 minutes.
