How the platform works
Budva Taxi App is not a transport operator. It is a digital request publication platform that helps passengers publish local taxi requests and helps nearby official taxi drivers review those requests.
A passenger enters a pickup point and destination, and the app may show an approximate fare prepared from route logic and local tariff references before the request is sent.
What passengers pay for
Passengers do not pay Budva Taxi App a commission, booking fee, or service charge for sending a request. The passenger pays only for the ride itself, directly to the driver using the payment method offered by that driver.

What happens after driver acceptance

If a driver accepts, the passenger name and phone number are disclosed to that driver, and the driver name, phone number, and vehicle details are disclosed to the passenger so that both sides can confirm the trip directly.
How drivers participate
Drivers using the platform must be official taxi service providers and are required to submit vehicle and regulatory records during onboarding. Budva Taxi App sells registered drivers access to request information that lets them independently decide whether to accept a potential ride.
When a driver voluntarily accepts a request, a percentage-based platform fee is recorded on that driver’s account. Because platform infrastructure and operating costs may change over time, the applicable percentage and debt limit are dynamic values rather than fixed website values. The Driver App shows each driver’s current fee percentage, account balance, accepted-request fee history, and current debt-limit status. If an unpaid balance reaches the current limit shown in the Driver App, the driver cannot accept new requests until the outstanding balance is resolved.
Drivers remain independent participants and are responsible for their own legal compliance, documents, vehicle operation, and direct dealings with passengers.
