Where it is and where taxis stop
The marina occupies the former naval base in the centre of Tivat: the Pine waterfront on one side, the Porto Montenegro residences on the other. Cars do not enter the marina grounds — taxis drop you at the main entrance on the waterfront or at the Regent hotel (approach from Obala bb). Any berth is 3–7 minutes on foot.
For yacht crews and guests with heavy luggage, “Regent, main entrance” in the request is the easiest — drivers know it.
From Tivat Airport — 10 minutes
The shortest airport ride on the coast: 4 km along the highway, 10 minutes, €10–15 at the terminal by day, €15–20 at night. On foot with a suitcase it is 40 minutes along the road shoulder — not recommended. The Blue Line bus from the road near the airport to Tivat bus station is €1.50, but the stop is 1.5 km from the terminal.
From Podgorica Airport — 90 km via Budva or over Cetinje, 90–120 minutes, €80–120.
To Budva, Kotor and around the bay
Budva — 23 km along the Adriatic Highway, 30–40 minutes, €30–40 per car; Blue Line from Tivat bus station €3, every 30–60 minutes. Kotor — 10 km along the bay, 15–20 minutes, €15–20; bus €2. The official rank is at the marina’s main entrance on the Pine waterfront and at Tivat bus station (5 minutes on foot). Tivat has the lowest tariff on the coast: €1 flag-fall, €0.80 per km.
