Driver Platform Service, Fees and Refund Policy

Budva Taxi App supplies registered drivers with digital access to ride-request information through the Driver App. The service enables a driver to review an available request and make an independent commercial decision whether to accept or reject it.

For a request made available to a driver, the Driver App may display the passenger’s full name, verified mobile phone number, pickup location, destination, and an approximate fare calculated from official local tariff references. This information is supplied for the driver’s own decision-making.

Budva Taxi App does not assign a passenger to a driver, does not require a driver to accept a request, and does not guarantee that an accepted request will result in a completed journey.

Each registered driver independently accepts or rejects each request. Berlin GmbH LLC does not provide the transport service, is not a party to the transport arrangement, and does not employ or direct the driver in relation to that arrangement.

The passenger pays the ride fare directly to the driver. Budva Taxi App does not collect, hold, process, settle, or mediate passenger ride fares.

The driver platform fee described in this policy is a separate charge for digital access to request information. It is not a charge to the passenger and is not a deduction from or processing of the passenger’s ride fare.

When a registered driver voluntarily accepts a request, the applicable platform fee is recorded on that driver’s account. The fee is calculated using the current percentage displayed for the driver account in the Driver App and the approximate fare information shown for the accepted request.

Platform infrastructure and operating costs may change over time. Accordingly, the platform-fee percentage and account debt limit are dynamic values and are not published as fixed values on the website. Before and after acceptance, the Driver App makes the current platform-fee percentage, accepted-request fee history, outstanding balance, and current debt-limit status available to the driver. The driver is responsible for reviewing this information and maintaining an accurate account balance.

If the outstanding balance on a driver account reaches the current debt limit displayed in the Driver App, the account cannot accept new ride requests until the outstanding balance is paid.

This restriction concerns access to new requests only. It does not alter the direct relationship between a passenger and a driver in respect of a request that the driver has already accepted.

Driver platform fees are final and non-refundable once a driver voluntarily accepts a request. The fee is charged for the digital service already supplied: access to the relevant request information and the opportunity for the driver to make an independent acceptance decision.

No refund, reversal, or account credit of a driver platform fee is available if the driver later cancels, the passenger later cancels, the journey does not proceed, the fare is not collected by the driver, or either party changes plans after acceptance.

This policy applies except where a non-waivable requirement of applicable law provides otherwise.
